David M. McKalip, M.D.
Neurological Surgeon A native of St. Petersburg, Dr. McKalip received his B.S. cum laude and his M.D. from the University of South Florida. He served as assistant professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He then served as the co-director of Neurotrauma at San Francisco General Hospital where he was actively involved in clinical neurotrauma research. Dr. McKalip returned to the community in 2000 to open his own practice. Now, in the fall of 2010, Dr. McKalip debuts Start to Finish Spine Care.

Interventional Pain Management Physician and Anesthesiologist
Dr. Kozlov is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist trained in medical manipulation and other treatment techniques for the body and spine. With training in musculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Kozlov has a holistic philosophy utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and wellness.
